The EFCC launched an investigation into Bobrisky’s alleged Naira abuse after a video surfaced showing him spraying and flaunting stacks of new Naira notes at the premiere of the movie “Ajakaju.”
On March 24, 2024, the film’s premiere—produced by Nollywood actress and producer Eniola Ajao—took place at Film One Circle Mall in Lekki, Lagos.
It was revealed that Bobrisky had reportedly engaged in similar alleged offenses at various event centers and parties on different occasions.
Upon receiving an invitation from the EFCC, Bobrisky voluntarily appeared at the Lagos Zonal Command for questioning and provided statements.
