Regarding the kidnapped students from Birnin-Yawuri Federal College, the president stated that comprehensive operations are underway. Mr. Tinubu assured distressed parents and all Nigerians that facilitating the safe return of the abductees is a responsibility the government will not fail to fulfill.

On the plight of internally displaced persons due to Boko Haram’s insurgency, he expressed sadness over their suffering and pledged full support through state agencies.
