UAE Visa: Nigerians Granted Access – FG

UAE Visa, The Federal Government of Nigeria has recently come to an agreement with the United Arab Emirates (UAE), allowing Nigerian passport holders to obtain visas for travel to the UAE, effective from July 15, 2024. This positive development was announced by the Minister of Information, Mohammed Idris, through a statement.

The agreement is the result of successful talks and beneficial negotiations between the governments of the UAE and Nigeria. It includes updated controls and conditions to facilitate the visa application process for Nigerian travelers.

To learn more about the updated visa conditions for the UAE, Nigerian citizens can visit the website http://documentverificationhub.ae for additional information. It is important to note that in 2022, the UAE had imposed visa restrictions on Nigerians and citizens of around 20 other African countries.

The affected nations included Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Cameroon, Liberia, Burundi, Republic of Guinea, Gambia, Togo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Senegal, Benin, Ivory Coast, Congo, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, Guinea Bissau, Comoros, and the Dominican Republic. However, with the recent agreement, Nigerian passport holders can once again travel to the UAE, marking a positive step in the relationship between the two countries.
