Universities Face Disruption as SSANU and NASU Strike Continues
The Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU) and Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU) began their one-week warning strike today, risking disruption across Nigerian universities if not resolved.
Sources confirm the industrial action follows the unions exhausting all efforts to get authorities to pay four months of salaries owed members since last year’s unrest.
